1.    Crane movement shall be carry out by competent person

2.    Assess travel path for sufficient access and ground condition

3.    Remove all obstruction material and equipment

4.    Put proper bridge over, hoses, pipe or crane rails that appear on the ground (don’t maneuver/turn on it).

5.    Utilize the flagger’s to assist the crane operator in safe movement of the crane

6.    The flagger must wear a hi-vis vest.

7.    The flagger should be in a position to communicate with the operator and watch the swing radius

8.    Crane operator should not make any movements unless directed by the flagger.

Keep out of barricaded areas. Stay clear of moving heavy equipment.
